Step 1: Use the CustomGPT “Time Boxer” to create your work schedule prefence

I created a GPT that you can access for free. It will take you through a set of questions and assist you in creating your own custom preferences for structuring your day.

Step 2: Save our preferences

Once the AI assistant spits out a summary, you can copy and paste that into a note or plain text file, save it, and keep it close. (Anything should work: a note, Google Doc, Word, …)

You can update your preferences as you see fit. I provide some sample instructions below, for inspiration.
